I wasn’t sure what to expect, but it ended up being super easy to get started. I just unpacked it, skimmed the quick info, and tried it out for a few minutes (no confusing setup or anything). It didn’t feel complicated at all, which was a nice surprise. Always appreciate when something just works without making you jump through hoops

"Calm, Clean, and Honestly Kind of a Relief"
I was genuinely surprised by how much I liked shaktimat.com. The whole site has this calm, peaceful feel, and the colors are so easy on the eyes it almost felt like my brain exhaled. The product photos are clear without being overwhelming, and there isn’t a chaotic tornado of pop-ups or clutter like some wellness sites throw at you. Everything was simple to move through, the vibe was lovely, and I’d definitely use it again

"Took a Little Time, But It Helped"
I didn’t notice much the first week and I was kind of skeptical. I also don’t usually trust customer service claims too much, so I figured I’d just try it for myself and see. After using it most nights, my back does feel looser and I’ve been falling asleep faster. It wasn’t an instant fix, but it’s actually been working for me.

i mean, I got the Shakti mat mostly to help with muscle relaxation, and it does make my back feel a little looser after about 15 minutes. That said, it’s uncomfortable at first, so it’s not something I reach for every day. It’s decent overall, just not something I’d call amazing for me.

I ordered from Shakti Mat and, to be fair, the delivery process was really straightforward. I got the tracking email quickly, and the order arrived on the exact day they said it would. No chasing, no odd delays, and the packaging was fine with nothing damaged. I guess I have mixed feelings only because it was a very basic experience overall, but that’s kind of what I wanted. Simple, reliable, and hassle-free. I’d probably order again

The first few times using it were uncomfortable. I can see how it might help eventually, but right now it’s hard to really relax on it. It also kind of feels like extra work having to set it up and make myself use it when I’m already tired, so I’m not totally sold yet.

"Better than I expected"
I wasn’t totally sure about buying it at first because it seemed a little pricey for what it was. But after using it most nights, I feel like it’s actually been worth the money. It feels well made, and I’ve ended up using it a lot more than I thought I would. It’s a simple thing, but it does exactly what I need, so I’m happy with it.

It feels fairly well made and it does work fine for me, but I was a little disappointed. I expected it to feel a bit sturdier or more impressive overall. It gets the job done, just not quite as well as I’d hoped.

"A Tiny Order Confirmation Mystery, Solved"
For a minute there, I thought my order confirmation had vanished into the void. I emailed support, slightly preparing myself for a whole saga, but thankfully it didn’t turn into one. They got back to me the next day, were friendly about it, explained what happened, and resent the details. It wasn’t anything over-the-top, but the issue got handled. I’m giving 4 stars because I do wish the first reply had come a bit quicker, but overall the customer service was solid and the crisis was successfully avoided

"My shoulders actually feel better"
I’ve been using it every night before bed, usually after I brush my teeth and put on whatever show I’m half-watching, and my shoulders have been feeling a lot looser. I didn’t expect to notice much, but after a few nights it was obvious. Definitely glad I added it to my little nighttime routine.

"Pretty decent for winding down"
I usually use this after work when I’m feeling tense, and it does help calm me down sometimes. Not every single time, but enough that I keep using it. The spikes took a little getting used to, haha, but after a while they weren’t too bad. Overall, it’s okay and does what I hoped for most days

"Arrived clean and in great shape"
My Shakti mat showed up packed really well, which was a nice surprise. I’m used to blaming delivery for boxes getting crushed or stuff smelling weird, but this one was totally fine. The box looked neat, everything was wrapped properly, and there was no damage or weird smell at all. Always nice when something arrives clean and not looking like it fought its way to your door

"Return was simple, refund took longer than I expected"
The return itself was easy enough, so at first I thought everything would be wrapped up quickly. The refund did take a while to show up though, and I started wondering if maybe I missed a step or should have followed up sooner. Support did reply when I reached out, just not as fast as I would’ve liked. Overall, it worked out, but the waiting part made me second-guess things a bit...

"Nice mat, though I was hoping for a better deal"
I do like the mat, it feels sturdy and well made. I was going to say it’s overpriced, but it’s probably more that the discount just wasn’t as good as I expected. I waited for a sale and it still didn’t take much off. Overall I’m happy with it, just wish the deal had been a bit better.

I didn’t expect to end up using it this much, but it’s become one of those things I reach for every single night without really thinking about it anymore. It just fits into my routine so easily, and at this point it feels weird not to use it before bed. Definitely glad I got it.

"Helps me wind down at night"
I picked up the Shakti mat because I’d been waking up a bunch during the night and wanted to try something simple. The first few times were definitely a little sharp, but not unbearable, I just wore a thin shirt and got used to it quickly. After about a week, I did notice I was falling asleep faster and not waking up as much. It’s not some miracle fix, but it’s been a nice little part of my bedtime routine.
